    Hi Folks, I'm looking for a retro style carry handle scope. Any brand will be considered be it G&P, Hammers, Sniper Grunt, Vector Optics, etc. I'm having real trouble finding any online apart from Brownells but those are far to expensive!! Thanks

    I'd physically measure your barrel length if I were you. My JG M16A1 was meant to come with barrel at whatever length but when measured it was shorter by about 50mm. Still though, the piston that came standard in the gun had a hole but supposedly for the length (and new longer barrel I installed) you want a full cylinder - no holes.

      Thanks for the reply but I am looking for a scope for less than £100. I've seen that Brownell one before and its meant to be very good

      That's fair. Vector Optics used to make one called "streak" but they seem to have discontinued it, otherwise you could search ebay for the G&P one. Otherwise, try the various Vietnam airsoft groups on Facebook, they may either know a place or have one for sale.

      Yes I've searched for VO Streak and the only place is Alibaba but you can't seem to buy one.

      Any G&P I've found online just say discontinued.

      The American firm got back to me about postage. I dont think anyone can ship an optic outside of the US with their laws. 

      You could be on to something with a Vietnam group though! Thanks

    Do you know how to take the motor base plate off the grip? As said above it could be the connection has come off the motor. My gun stopped firing today. Turns out the fuse had blown but the reason the fuse blew was a gear lost a tooth and the whole gearbox jammed. It also stopped firing the other week as the cable that went to the fuse holder had come off the crimped connection... its all happening

    Can anyone tell me where to buy the bolt carrier plate return spring? My one is stretched and doesn't fully return the dummy plate back
