      ATACKA, Red Market, Personal Soviet, Camo Addicts are all that I've bought from.  Sales from EU are fine cost wise.  Camo Addicts is mainly US though IIRC.  No group is solely UK.  I'd try the Cold War FB airsoft groups too, many peeps do modern RF stuff as well as SU games.  

       

      My latest bits were from Temu.  Fleeced lined softshell for about a fiver in decent digiflora.  Ali defo has pads!
