Went over to The Department for the first time yesterday after a 2 year hiatus thanks to injury and the dreaded C-19. Had a superb day, the site is great with excellent facilities. Staging areas are big with plenty of space and surfaces for prep etc. The staff were great, very professional but not dull. The game modes were what we are all used to but didn't feel stale, and the game arena itself is large, with plenty of nooks and crannies and some nice choke points... my only critisism would be the spawn point that is near the arena entrance is a bit tricky to get out of if the other team manage to get the whole team back to spawn. As a whole it was great to get back into battle at a welcoming place that's well looked after and staffed. Just highlighted the loss of fitness over the last couple of years, hopefully will get that back now. Keep up the good work The Department.

I've been instore and met the team, they are a really nice group who love to spend time chatting airsoft and giving advice if needed. I've also ordered a couple of times online and all went well with these purchases, they can take aa week to arrive and you sometimes don't get a dispatch notification but all is well.

I've ordered some bits and pieces from them and everything came no problems at all. I think the service was pretty good and prices are good too on come things

Open to any if I'm honest, never had a GBBR before but not against it. thats a very good point, obviously looks do matter after all it is airsoft.... hehe but it does help if the think works too I do dislike the battery system for the TM NGRS tbh, plus then there's the lower FPS so would have to upgrade parts n change the battery connectors... then if that has to happen I could get something cheaper and make it work better too... First world problems eh

i've ordered from them a few times and personally not had a problem everything was delivered within a week that was showing in stock, also communication has been good from them from order updates and delivery notifications to my general enquiries they have replied or messaged every time. Just wanted to give my experiences.

Hi everyone, Been meaning to join up for ages and only just pulled the trigger (pun intended)... I'm from Birmingham and began playing in 2019 and was loving the fun then the dreaded C-19 thing happened to us all and put the brakes on. Just decided to look to get back up n running, any recommendations on sites that have survived in Birmingham and the surrounding area only got into CQB so far but want to do outdoors too.
