    ASG Scorpion Evo Mag Shutoff Microswitch

    Hi all, 

     

    Just hoping I could get some help with my Evo. 
     

    The micro switch that’s used to shutoff the gear box when the mag is empty has broken off during normal use. 
     

    the RIF still functions but doesn’t shut off when the mag is empty, a feature in which was an attractive point for me when I bought it.

     

    I was thinking of using a epoxy bit it looks pretty tricky. 
     

    does anyone have any advice on this? Would it be a potential MOSFET replacement? 


    my Evo is a Pre 2018 model.

    Or if anyone that’s owns an Evo can take and send a pic of their micro switch (like the pic ive taken) that would be great so I can ID exactly where it sits in the gearbox 🤙

    Here’s another one to start the new year off. Just found this on eBay. 
     

    £169.99 for 2 empty boxes and a holster 😢

     

    Bear in mind For around £169.99 you could buy a brand new RIF/Pistol (Umarex G19X for example which I own) with its original box and maybe a Nuprol case or similar.
     

    Such an unrealistic listing price which I thought was worth showing. Hopefully no one is stupid or uneducated enough to pay that amount.

    Are We TM Inter-compatible?

    Hey guys, 

     

    I’ve got a WE G27 (my first WE pistol after many Umarex & TM pistols) and I’m just wondering if the parts (internal and external) are compatible with each other? 
     

    im asking as I’m looking at buying some parts on Rainbow 8 which are mainly TM based.

    I’ve had my 19X about a year now and it was stiff to come off for the first few weeks.

    Rest assured that the slide will come off much easier after about a month of breaking in (maybe faster depending on usage).

    Love the 19X tho I’ve sent it back to Land Warrior twice as pieces of metal broke off from the hammer assembly. Just one to watch 😉

    Just bought an Umarex G45 too. Love the front slide serrations!

    Just be weary of UPS, they are not the most reliable. They lost one of my packages (but managed to find it eventually) and one of the packages was 4 days beyond its estimated delivery date. The tracking system is awful too. If you can, use another courier. Just check their reviews on Trustpilot

    Defo agree, a bipod handgrip is the best thing to use and will help you with those accurate shots in prone. I used one on my real steel L85A2 during my ACMT (Annual Combat Markmanship Test) and the stability is fantastic in prone & standing/kneeling. I’ve never skirmished a a bipod handgrip yet but I can tell you it offers more functionality  than a standard handgrip and bipod. I think you can buy airsoft replicas for around £15 - £25

    Can We Add 'Send Counter-offer' to the Offers Section?

    This question is aimed towards a AF-UK admin. 

    In regards to the “Classifieds” area.

     

    Would it be possible to add an additional option to the offers section, “send counter-offer”, so rather than accepting or declining an offer for an item that you’re selling, it gives you a shortcut rather than contacting the offer maker.
