  1. Does anyone know a reliable and long lasting solution to chipped metal parts? I have several areas on my AEG which have chipped off, revealing the shiny metal underneath. I know painting is an option, but are there any brands or substances in particular which excel at this?

  4. I'm swapping out my G&P m16 receiver, but the barrel nut on the original upper won't come off. I am using an ar15 wrench, and tried stacking desks as a makeshift clamp, and as a result, the old upper is bent and broken beyond repair (I don't mind) is there any way to force the barrel nut out, even if it could cause damage to the upper?
  5. Thanks for the reply everyone, got myself an A1 reciever which makes it kind of an ar15a2. The only problem is that I can’t get the barrel nut off the old upper receiver, even with the ar15 wrench and the help of a friend. I’m turning it the right way, but due to the pressure, the old upper (which I don’t plan on using anymore) had bent and snapped in some areas. Is there any other way to easily remove a barrel nut, even if it means breaking the upper receiver?
  6. I have an g&p m16a3, and I am swapping out the reciever body. The only problem is that I can't remove the barrel nut which is on really tight. I am using the ar15 barrel nut removal tool the correct way, but it refuses to move, and due to such pressure, the upper receiver has deformed and a piece of the upper has snapped off. I don't have a vice, and without a vice, is there an easy way to remove the nut?
  7. I recently received an mp5a4 which I asked to be front wired, which it is (in order to use retractable stock). However although I specified that a small type tamiya connector should be used in order to allow a battery to fit into the handguard, they used the same large type connector which came with the aeg. The wires already struggle to fit inside the handguard, and theres no way a large type battery is going to fit. If I was to use a Large to small adapter, there would still be much wire for the handguard to fit. Is there anything I could do to the wires in order for a small type connector to be fitted? Also on a side note, does anyone know an alternative default (no RIS) handguard which has more space than the G&G one? There's rails on the lower inside which take up a lot of space.
  8. Does anyone know any a2 upper receivers which would fit on a g&p m16a3? I prefer the a2 style carry handle which is built into the receiver. There is one jg a2 upper receiver I have seen but I’m unsure if it is compatible
  9. Are there any hi-cap magazines compatible with the G&G Combat Machine MP5A4 available? All of the G&G ones seem to be out of stock, and all of the hi cap MP5 magazines for sale are either not compatible with G&G models or not stated in any way.
  10. As a beginner, I currently own this G&G MP5, which comes with a fixed solid stock, which I would like to replace with a retractable one. However the battery and fuse are inside the stock, and I'm wondering if the much smaller retractable stock would be able to house these. If not, is there a way to move the wires around to allow for the retractable stock to fit? Thanks.
