I probably would give it a go myself. I made a little kydex BFG holster and it has turned out ok. Definitely easier to form with a heat gun than just using the oven I've found 😄

Oh those are cool. If I wore molle stuff they would be ideal! Do you get these or similar for pistol mags? I was thinking of getting those hard pouch/kydex things for mine, but would rather something like this. No way of attaching a klickfast bit onto them though 😞

Yup, but since I don't plan on having loads attached to me I reckon it will be fine. Those things looks rather cool! How do they work? Do they just hold the mags in place with pressure?

I bought some mid caps to try out and see if I can enjoy playing with limited ammo (I suspect this will depend on the game!) Also bought some more klickfast things, as I've finally found a way of attaching them to mags without drilling holes! Looking forward to life without pouches! 😁

They are awesome boots. I basically live in mine during the winter, either my defenders or my bike boots from them. If you have comfortable feet, everything else is fine

They are very nice knifes! Although they do not bend completely (they are real training knives) so some Airsoft sites do not allow them. I love mine

Oh I never take it seriously, I play for a laugh. I do get a buzz from clearing out defenders from positions quickly, but mostly I just have a giggle while playing 🙂 I did have a moment when I was sneaking round a corner where I knew there was 3+ from the other team. The sun was behind me so if any of them were looking in my direction they would have seen the shadow of the ears coming around the corner (Luckily they didn't and I shot 5 of the other team in the back and won the game, yay! ) Sadly couldn't find it 😛 The ears were a left over from our Easter games.

That does look ace @Druid799! I'm liking the shorter and slimmer style ones like that, but they seem to be the expensive ones I dislike how high my current one sits on the rail, although having adjustable magnification has been good at seeing what I actually like (x3 or x4 I am finding useful - my distance eye sight sucks...)

Thanks, partly why I bought it was the stock. It's an RS2 stock, comes as standard on it.

Finally got the Recce shooting a decent range and predictable today. They now all go very slightly to the left, but no more pathetic range and very flaky accuracy! So I took a picture of it to mark the occasion Maybe time to get a scope I really like for it now...

From what I gather... The gun is expensive to start with, BTC-SPECTRE-V2's are like hens teeth and people regularly pay 2x what the RRP is on them - without fitting. Work by Sam - to some he is a TM god, other's are happy with work from else where. From what I have seen his work is ace though. So this could be trying to command a premium. Doesn't say if it has been rewired for normal lipo's. Without the mag's it does seem pricey to me. Probably close to what they paid in total for the work...

I'm in the NE of Scotland. So if you mean proper north to include Scotland, and not meaning the north of England... Viper Strike and Evolution Airsoft (an older site currently undergoing a rework) are both just north of Dundee. Both reasonably large outdoor sites. VSA is more an urban/scrubland site and has the better facilities of the two. Evolution is a very nice woodland site. Bunker 31 is just around Aberdeen, but I've not played there.

Me too! They seem to have used them to pad the box a bit so stuff didn't rattle about. This is something I feel everyone should do now, rather than though air pocket things!

My Taiwan gun order arrived today! Mostly bb's but took a chance on the unbranded flash mag that looked suspiciously identical in the pictures to my nuprol one. On closer inspection, I don't think I can tell them apart (aside from nuprol written on one!) For half the price they are a bargain!

Didn't buy it, but made this last night. It's not perfect, a little rough around the edges but I'm pleased by it for my second attempt! It's passed the jumping around the kitchen stage so ready for a field test next game day
