  1. They're called built in anyway... To be exact they're replicas of the Crye air flex pads, and just noticed you're wearing them the wrong way, the actual shell needs to be on the outside of the pocket.. Like this https://goo.gl/images/KDZkjJ
  2. Invader Gear makes some XS sizes iirc, go check them out
  3. I have finally overcome my laziness and took a selfie at the end of the game. All the crap i was carrying around yesterday minus the comms (radio ran out of battery so i put my headset in my backpack)
  4. heh, i know my posts are deceiving as hell since i'm not from the UK (and you may think "what the fook you doing here then ya c*nt?")
  5. 15£ is a tad less than 20€, also I'm Italian so with shipping I'll pay them more
  6. Not bought yet because the store is closed today, but tomorrow I'll get 3 lonex flash mags for my m4s because spending the whole morning rubbing those wheels is annoying as hell.. 20€ a piece, quite inexpensive I'd say for what they are.. I have to check if they fit and feed on my guns first though..
  7. f*ck my phone camera.... Anyway, got a few bits for my AM 009.. 12" Ares Octarms Keymod handguard in DE Ares Keymod rails FMA replica Magpul Keymod RVG in DE a QD sling Keymod mount + QD ring.. all this stuff combined weighs less than the stock handguard by itself..... I really like the looks now, I just wonder what would happen if I replaced the upper receiver with a black one
  8. I believe the handcuffs are for his wife... He can tie her to their bed and... Go buy something else for bb wars
  9. Another pic. Sorry in advance for the ugly couch, i keep my airsoft gear at my parents and they don't want to change it xD This time it's my CQB plate carrier, which i rarely use since we don't play in urban fields that much It's an Emerson JPC in multicam with the plastic fake plates (i'll make foam ones out of an old camping mat, making the PC more flexible while still retaining its shape).. Up front i weaved a triple open top m4 pouch (Condor), i don't like the integrated kangaroo pouch, mags are too loose even with the elastic retention and i couldn't find any decently priced insert or a sheet of kydex to make one.. Next to that i have a single open top m4 pouch (still Condor cuz i'm poor, if i had the money i would have bought a real crye jpc), on the other side i have my radio (which will be moved to the back panel) and on the back i have a 2l bladder in a Condor hydration pack (the slimmest one, holds the bladder and has a small zipper pocket)... My comms are a Midland G7 with a Midland Bowman headset, we don't use pyros so i have no need for earing protection.. The mags i'm using are G&G 120bb midcaps, really good but also really heavy (when empty they are on par with a fully loaded 300bb high cap).. I have 6, 4 in the PC, one on the belt and one in the gun.. I'll probably add a map pouch and a utility on the right side in place of the radio pouch so i can store BBs in a place where i can reach them without having to take off my PC or asking for help. This will be coupled with some sort of molle belt to hold my holster, dump pouch, first aid kit and pistol mags..
  10. So, had some free time yesterday, fixed my kwa g19 gas leak and modded my 1200bb electric magazine to accept LiPos (the stock battery lasts for about 15 minutes)..

Now I just need to know why my am013 stopped feeding from its own mags -.-" I only swapped the bucking with a g&g green one..

  11. Bought a keymod 12" rail for my am 009, a g&g green bucking for my honey badger, 2 7.4v lipos for the badger (small brick ones, everything else doesn't fit in the stock) and a triple open top m4 pouch for my jpc. I'll collect the rail next week.
  12. Nowadays I even light my cigarettes with a ferro rod xD and I have my trusty bushcraft knife and rod with me when I play airsoft, you never know. Back to airsoft, I'm gonna order 2 keymod handguards for my amoebas.. I found out the rails they come with are way too heavy (literally you can wedge them into a tree and use them as pegs)
  13. Sometimes on long tourneys we may have to defend an objective for a long time, that's the perfect time to have something warm to eat after a whole day out in the cold/rain.. Also I love camping and hiking (I'm a scout chief) so that's another money pit (knives, clothes, tarps, hammocks and such).. No wonder I'm always broke
  14. Not strictly airsoft related, but I just ordered a few titanium camping cooking utensils, I'll be using them not only for camping but also for long airsoft tourneys (cuz f*ck eating energy bars for 2 days).. Namely a long titanium spoon, a set of silverware (fork + spoon) and a 200ml flask for my favorite liquors..
  15. Just picked up a replica 551, a fast mag pouch in a-tacs fg and a OD utility/admin pouch to hold a notebook and a few pens/pencils to write stupid stuff on maps.. A multicam onetigris mask is on it's way. Next will probably be a 2nd hand CA M4 to use as a base for a HPA gun and a couple of pouches to complete my JPC loadout. And maybe a better way to hold my gopro.
  16. Get low rings for your scope, keep the stock rail. G36 based guns have comfy irons, leave them that way..
  17. Just got a pair of M81 trousers, a bowman for my Midland G7, a kefiah, one of those lycra neck tubes that I'll mod with a piece of mesh (gotta keep dem teeth safe) aaaand an angled grip for my honey badger.. Next will probably be a HPA system for my other m4.
  18. Just remove all the stuff on top and you're set. You literally have 3 sights, one of which does the same thing as the other 2, plus having some magnification.. But still, personal preference Airsoft gear is about being efficient, but after all we all buy stuff to look cool
  19. While I love the looks of short dots, I find this one to be too short.. No offense but it looks ugly on that gun xD
  20. Was thinking about getting a p* jack for one of the Amoebas for Christmas..

Does the engine fit in there? One of my local shops says no, but I've seen people running them..

    Shall I try?

Is it a decent engine compared to a jack?

I mean, the price difference is high, it costs a lot less than the p* (roughly half the p* price)..

I don't want to drop 200+€ on the valken and then have to drop another 400 on the p* because the v12 turns out to be crap.

They're all basically the same at this point (with some exceptions like the Fusion engine or the pneumatic ones like Mancraft and DG), but Google is your friend - there should be plenty of reviews :) A Valken v12 will be absolutely fine.

  21. I updated my kit a bit. the same concept from my last post remains, but i decided to switch from a backpack to a battle belt.. This is more of a "Wake up early on sundays and go slap your friends in the face" kit.. On my chest rig: i've eliminated the small tan utility and the radio pouch in favour of a Templars Gear soft utility pouch in MC, looks better and holds a lot more stuff. On my battle belt: the belt itself is a Invader Gear tan belt, with a Helikon cobra inner belt in OD, i've put my radio pouch on the right and i'll have my comms wires running diagonally underneath my chest rig to end up on my left shoulder, this because i'm right handed and i want to be able to communicate while still being able to shoot the bad guys. Next to that i have a Invader Gear MC utility, which stores my IFAK and snacks, then a cheap ass Royal (italy's equivalent of Nuprol) horizontal MC utility pouch that holds my 1200rnd mag and a bottle of water, a Condor tan roll up dump (will switch to a MC one soon and web this one on my jpc) and a Condor map pouch, still in MC, which basically holds all those little items i may need to use, such as spare batteries, tools, eyepro cleaning cloths, you name it, i have it in there. Compared to my "old" kit i've lost a lot of storage space in favour of a lower profile, improved mobility and overall reduced weight. There's also a more subtle reason, there's a lot of new members in my team who don't carry a backpack or a decent kit, so they always ask others to carry their bbs/clothing/spares. I guess it's a good way to teach them what to carry and what to leave in the car depending on the day. I'll be trying this kit out next week, since i can't play this sunday ( :'( ) and soon i'll add a picture with the kit on my person.
  22. Had a trip to a local store, came home with: Helikon patriot fleece jacket in Coyote Brown Replica MFT stock in DE Replica DD irons Templars Gear utility in MC A-tacs fg bush hat
  23. I'll order the nuprol tomorrow then Because loading midcaps is part of the reason why I rarely play with them..
