Depends what you want to pay but I can recommend OPS/UR Tactical. They do a good range of sizes and lengths.

I was going to ask but you've already answered. Are we talking bearing the weight of kit or are we talking the weight of say a struggling adult that you've bound and are using buckles to secure?
If option a, should be absolutely fine. If option b, structural integrity reigns supreme, you don't want to chance people getting loose and making authorities aware of your misdemeanours.

I have industrial grade, 8mm thick zip ties and plenty of gorilla tape for that.
Also can't break free if you're unconscio......what the fuck?

Worst case I'll zip tie the shoulder straps to the rig with the ones mentioned above.

I didn't say 0.48@500. 500 (well just under) was what I chrono'd at with 0.2's. Updated OP to make it crystal though 👍

I believe the legal limit is 2.5J for single shot.

Wind isn't an issue apart from a couple of spots that are really exposed.
Had a nice warm day (Actually a tad too warm for my taste) and once again I reminded myself why nobody runs a sniper rifle on our field xD too much vegetation, longest engagement I had was 20 metres, luckily I had my arp with me.
