  1. I've got some Micro fibre cloths from work, which we use to clean the printers (High end Graphics Company). I planned on using Silicone oil for the Gas piston, O-rings, mag valves, hammer, etc. and the LT2 on the slide rims? As it states on the packaging to be used on metal to metal action? So since the slide rails and slide itself is metal, that would seem to make sense? Many thanks, Stryper
  2. Hi there, I'm pretty new to airsoft though i've been following it for some years. I have a skirmish on the weekend and I want my gun (we M&P Big Bird GBB) to be in prime condition. I own both of the Abbey products in the title and I was wondering which to use where? As I've watched a fair few gun maintenance videos / field strips on YouTube yet no one uses LT2 Gun grease? Also...is Abbey Silicone oil 35 a 100% Oil, as that's what everyone seems to be using? Many thanks and apologies for the newb-ish question, Stryper
  3. Hi there, I'm very new to airsoft but looking to start skirmishing in a few weeks and hopefully for a long time, I picked up my first GBB sidearm (We M&P Big Bird) though I have an issue with the hop up. I know there are some issues regarding the factory hop up, but I was curious as to just how much a hop up wheel should be able to move? I can rotate my wheel about 45 degrees before it locks (about 3 or 4 notches) but I'm not sure exactly how much this would impact the BB. Is it minute adjustments make a big difference or do you have to rotate 90 or 180 degrees to see a difference? Currently my rounds have too much hop and I'm having to aim low to compensate; even at around 20 - 30ft. Im using Biosphere .25g Bio BBs, the barrel is clean and the gun is well lubricated. Many thanks, Ryan
