I wouldn't call that naff... Anyway, I'll give it a look. But I don't really want to spend a ton on a scope is all. People use the Richter Optik for air-rifle shooting, so it must be okay.

Insanely nice stuff. I would love for my G5 to have an Urban DDPAT, but make it distressed, with claw marks and scrapes, and even some blood splatter! I think that'd be awesome urban zombie-apocalypse survivor gun!

Has anyone used the GHK G5 1J nozzle? People say it can be unreliable. How far off 1J could it go?

They were...then it's $38 shipping with brings it upto about £80, and then there's import tax (which makes it about £90-92) and heavily increased weight time. After all that, the Samoon deal simply doesn't work.

Already bought two for £90! But I plan to only ever use semi-auto when I'm doing skirmishes, otherwise it's too inaccurate or I could do an HPA rig... 2000 round drum mag for the G5, anyone?

A GHK G5 with the carbine kit and 1J nozzle installed, and with an AAC flash hider and a custom handgrip. Fully working. For £140. I saved about £200-220...

Either black or tan, but green paint schemes never turn out good. I've seen quite a few guns in the classifieds that I'd jump to buy, but their amateur foliage paintjobs make my stomach churn.

I'm fairly sure you can, lots of people do it. Why would Evike offer a two-tone painting service and offer to ship to the UK if you can't import them?

Oh my gosh, thank you so much. It'd be great if you could give me some tips on using the gun, and just the best attachments for it, as I know it's rails aren't quite the standard 20mm. I'll probably purchase some upgrades, as I adore the base gun.

Well there is another thing, I'm ordering the gun from Evike, and with that I'm getting an extra mag. I've got a £40 Amazon Voucher which I'll be spending on gas and BBs. I know people have differing views on buying from Evike, and the US in general, so some advice would be massively appreciated.

Well I really don't like AEGs. One of the reasons I play airsoft is for the realism of fighting, and I like the sound and kick of a GBBR. Unfortunately, I'm only 14, so UKARA really isn't a valid option. Like I said, I have a lot of money set aside so I can play airsoft, and I'm happy to spend another £100 on mags. I really don't want to buy an AEG, I just don't like them. Perhaps in the future I'll buy a G&P M4, but for now I'm sticking with GBBRs, and I adore the G5. I can use a slightly weaker gas, that should be okay. The 350 FPS is coming from .20 and green gas, and I need to get down to 330 with .20s, but they don't specify what gas type I need to use.
