Yep, had someone behind arguing with another worker, saying how "he'll show them crazy" & whatnot with the workers saying they'll call the police & everyone else with their phones out. Guy dealing with my parcel was just fixed on the arguing guy & tossed the parcel instead of getting out of his chair and moving it. Thankfully, a replacement is $20 shipped from SRU, so not the end of the world.

If it is any help, they also messed up an order earlier in the week and delayed it by another few days, because they couldn't work out that "5" was a door number & had to explain a simple address format like a child over the phone 🤣 Still no update on my current parcel either

Have you tried PayPal customer services number to get it unlocked and explain?

Customer Service hours 8am to 6:30pm Monday to Sunday.
As a business I've always found them very helpful with the airsoft "gun" & RIF issue.

I like the idea that PayPal see transaction history and are like "Yeah, I'ma block this Unauthorised UK Arms Dealer", no informing the po-po or anything... At least we know they ain't snitches 😂
