    Spent my evening cutting foam out of my evo case so I can put it away with my torch on. Set up and tear down on the day should just be batteries and bbs now.

    No beer for me. Kinda wish I didn't have this case anymore but as long as it doesnt  mean any extra set up than the standard batteries on fun day it's not like it cost a lot for a high level of protection. Really puts me off getting another case as every accessory, scope grip , light and even sling required modification not sure how the egg shell cases work with these accessories and taking them on and off is hassle.

    I have cut all sorts of shapes out of mine to get the accessories inside it too :)  

    Going to buy another evo bag for my MP7 and get a mate to attach clips and a shoulder strap so I can carry them both together easily.

    Silly hobbits.  Why ensure that two people are unhappy by moaning?

    I regularly call "hits" on myself despite not feeling them when someone opens fire at a range where they should have hit me. 

    They're not going to believe that they missed / misfired, and I can't effect that.  All I can do is ensure that at least one of us is happy.

    Put my pyramex i-force goggles on yesterday for the chrono only to find out there is moisture between the inner and outer lenses ?

    Only had them 8 months. I have my dye i5 but now but I don't really have a backup :(  

    Anyone had this happen to theirs?

    Well, that's a bag of wank.  Mine are still OK, but you're not the first to report this, or some sort of crazy starring on the inner lens.

    I'm kind of assuming that at some point I'll need to disassemble mine and clean them, or replace the inner lens with bits of PETG.

    I inspected the other lens too and found star shapes as well

    Never taken them apart before but they are useless now so found they are pretty easy to pop apart. Was a gift for my xmas and 20 quid isn't expensive but used less than 10 times I am disappointed.

    I read some guff about drying them out then sealing with silicone. Fek that

    You can replace those inner lenses with any clear plastic.  I'd go with 0.75mm thickness of PETG. A5 will be more than sufficient for one pair:

    If you need to replace the tape, I'd suggest 2mm thick double sided black foam tape.  Just cut it into a thin strip and run it round the edge, being sure to butt it up against itself at the join so as not to leave a gap.

    Today in a CQB scenario my TRMR decided to deploy its self as I was hit. So I jumped up hand up yelled hit like a good hit taker as I go around a corner and get shot. My trmr twists and jumps out of my holder and lands at the guys feet and goes off. Hes asking if he has to take it and I have no answers to give him. I never armed it or threw it ? It was my jumping up to call my hit that loosed it from its holster.  Opinions?     Might be a dumb question but I'd like to see  a few folks solutions/ set ups. I am going to be running a PTT or fist mic soon and in my belt setup I don't have any straps to mount it to. I could fit a yoke to the belt but was wondering if anyone had other solutions for mounting their PTT/fist mic that didn't involve a chest strap.

    FML the hi-capa 5.1 D.O.R isn't compatible with standard 5.1 hi-capa parts so  I can't get a metal outer barrer for it so I can't use a tracer.

    cheers I've gone with the one from america £34.85 (most of that is shipping :( ) hopefully I don't get shafted by customs as the item should be under the amount I need to pay but you never know.

    I don't like your chances of that coming through unmolested by customs as it has to be under £15 including postage.  Plus, coming from the US, pretty much guaranteed to get caught I'm afraid.

    Can I get some input for TRMR pouch options? had it fall out of my kydex holster too much to trust I can run without losing a fair wack of cash and while there are better designed kydex holsters out there but hesitant to drop 30-35 on them to loose 100 quid in a field.

    with the flap over its fine, but it drops when the flap is undone. the base of the pouch is elastic and the lid length can be set so it holds it well. Yet to loose one when carrying like this and thats been my fairly standard set up for at least 2 years

    Could be impurities in the gas or dirt in the environment.  GBBs don't inherently create substantial fouling inside themselves when shot the way firearms do.  I mean heck maybe the TM plastic wears away just a tiny bit every game and that accumulates, who knows, I'd suspect the gas or environment first though.

    The black is the pot metal the TM frame is made of slowly wearing away.

    I do a basic clean of my pistol after every day / outing / event.

    Thats if its a clean day, if its wet or muddy then during the day - its amazing the state they get in after a couple of hours, especially if you have trenches!

    honestly just tell marshals when you see cheaters it makes the game better for everyone I know it's effort but best way to actually make future games better.

    forgot to say. Report your own team as well. Talking when dead, not taking hits you see it easier and marshals will know you have little reason to make it up.

    I got my Esstac Kywi Pistol Pouches but I think I need to cut a gap for my hi-capa feed lips the retention isn't as tight as I would like I don't think they are seating far enough in.

    I've cut a gap on the botton for the feed lips on one of them it seems much better. It's the taper on the hi-capa /2011 magazies work against the retention method of the kydex but if you can get the mag far enough down then it can grip the flat sides on the magazine.

    Probably a really noob thing to ask but how do you clear your GBBP barrel at the end of a game? Only way I've figured out is emptying a magazine or inserting an emtpy mag to fire the last bb out of the chamber.

    If its just between games on a day no point, just pull the mag, cant fire without the gas.

    I picked up a second hand TRMR E1 x4 for £50 thinking I'd just get the base and be sorted. I contacted  jdairsoft age ago they said new stock end of april but they certainly never stocked up.
