For the US recon its a shemagh for headgear (have to tie it DEAAD tight unless you're prone most of the time) The eyewear is the V12 ESS goggles (On issue to UK troops I believe?) Baselayer is an Underarmour style top in OD or army green or whatever, cadet direct does them in hot weather...
