Cheap doesn't always mean bad. I swear by Bollie Tracker IIs which can be got for £13 from any Screwfix.

Ahoy and welcome. The EP-01 will be fine, they're not going to break from airsoft energy impacts, although I'd agree that pretty much anything from the Bollé range can be trusted. You may have issues with fogging though, it's the bane of many an airsofter. I like dual-pane lenses like the Pyramex I-Force. You'll have to find out for yourself if you're a fogging victim. If you are, having a pair of mesh goggles in your bag can save your day. Lower face, a mix of mesh and fabric gives you a good balance of protection and cheek-weldability. The original brand of these is OneTigris, but there are cheaper equivalents now.

Hello Chaps .. Are you ready to get your hell let loose on ? This has been a passion project for a looooong time. This originally is a WE SVD, it sits in a wood stock woth metal butt plate, custom top reciever, and bolt, 3d printed hear shields, upgraded steel outer barrel, real steel mosin sling, custom nozzle to fire around 350 fps, upgraded bucking, and full length maple leaf barrel. This is THE LOUDEST gbbr I have ever owned, its a very accurate rifle as well on 0.32g Bolt catch has been disabled as the bolt was just chewing it apart due to the insane recoil. Can send videos and shooting videos if you want. No offers please, I am sure you can all appreciate that this is a custom piece that actually performs so think the price is very fair. Would swap for a VFC M16 Delivery will be parcel force 48 hours £10 Ollie

  10. Decent kit, black and green is a mood. As a larper, how many of those pockets/pouches are for show and how many contain actual kit?

  15. Update.... So, these next two have been on my search list for a very long time. So, first up L131A1.... (Glock 17 gen 4) So this pistol eventually replaced the ageing L9 browning, with the gen 3 being in service with the sas before that!. Mine, is the very early fully traded and hard to find Stark Arms/VFC gen 4 glock. What makes this stand out over other brand glocks, is the markings!. So the later umarex/vfc , tm/guarder and GHK glocks, all come with the U.S glock markings. The Stark Arms comes with the correct European markings and German proof marks as found on the real L131A1. The only other brand close to this is the early WE fully traded glocks. Only issue with the WE glocks are, that the lower and upper look and marked a gen 4. But the recoil spring is still the slim Gen 3 type. I have also fitted real sights and lanyard adaptor, along with a replica QR code as also seen ok British glocks. Only thing left to do on mine is get the L131 and NSN details engraved on the lower. Top 2 pics are from the real L131 Last pic is mine. 2nd one is L104A1 (HK69) This was brought in for use in Northern Ireland to fire smoke and baton rounds. Then was later used in Iraq. And believe it still in use at the moment, as one pic was posted of it in use last year with a red dot as a rear sight. Mine is the hard to find original CAW HK69 When I got this, was sprayed all green. Took it back to normal, then weathered it. Also fitted real sights. In the process of getting some parts 3d printed to get it running again. Then looking at getting correct markings added. Top pic is of it in use. Bottom is mine.

    Crimping Tool

The best Crimpers I've used are the Knipex ones. It really depends on the Style of crimp you want to use tho. If it's for ferules then the Self Adjusting ferule crimp is a fantastic tool. It's not cheap, but we use them at work for rebuilding machine cabinets. There are cheaper variants of this on the market, but you want something that crimps from all angles for ferules. Amazon should have a selection of off brands with ferules for under £30, but I can't guarantee the quality. https://ffx.co.uk/product/Get/Knipex-97-53-04Sbe-4003773030270-Self-Adjusting-Ferrule-Crimping-Pliers https://www.amazon.co.uk/0-25-10mm²-AWG23-10-Self-Adjustable-Connectors-terminals/dp/B08ZDN5WNQ/ref=sr_1_12?crid=1IIW3KETH2JLC&keywords=Self+Adjusting+Ferrule+Crimping+Pliers&qid=1655161907&s=diy&sprefix=self+adjusting+ferrule+crimping+pliers%2Cdiy%2C116&sr=1-12 If all you are thinking is bullet and spade connectors then the standard Knipex crimping pliers are a tad cheaper. Again there are cheaper versions on the market, but we tend to see a lot of Knipex pliers in industry because there generally about the best you can get easily. £20-25 is about average across the decent brands, Cheaper might be better for you if it's only for a couple of connectors a year. So check screwfix and amazon. https://ffx.co.uk/product/Get/Knipex-Kpx9721215-4003773034131-Crimping-Pliers

  17. Badly run, inconsistent rules, clueless marshals (including one who had to be persuaded to wear eyepro in the playing area), no checks on mags in guns when returning to the safe zone, loads of mags in guns in safe zone, lots of dry firing in safe zone, loads of speedsofters spamming guns in the semi-only CQB section.
