  1. Bought a couple of harder to find bits. Been searching for the calico m1000 for a few years but only recently set up a contact in Japan who's willing to ship juicy things out. The calico is sat in customs while they figure how much lube they're going to use, and I found a goblin deuce as a bit of an impulse buy. The photos are from the guy that's sent it over from Osaka. I can't wait to actually have it. And it will be skirmished.

Thank you. The standard 416 kit was 900USD since it was bought on pre-order. The A5 kit was a little more at 1100USD. I believe RW sells/sold that kit. Someone had posted the link of MWC's website. I really like these kits and would recommend them.

I have never seen a plastic bushing fail. I have seen MANY MANY cracked metal bushings.

New price as scope and DBLA to be sold separately. PDIK - dare I say it - DMR. Locked to semi auto and uses a pneumatic HPA kit (PDiK) so needs no battery. Internally regulated and has a 13ci/3000psi bottle in the Mancraft MASS stock. Has all the responsiveness of HPA but doesn't have an external line getting in your way if you're laying down a lot to snipe. Cerakoted in half graphite, half burned bronze mix. Not used a whole lot in skirmishing as sniping isn't for me Internals Mancraft PDIK engine Wolverine Storm v2 regulator PDI 6.01 barrel ProWin hop unit Flat hopped Externals Licensed SA receiver set from G&P Mancraft MASS air stock Cerakoted by Hi-Spec Coatings G&P MOTS wirecutter rail G&P rifle length outer barrel 5KU ambidextrous selector (does not work ambidextrously due to the way the PDIK works - one side of the selector is just for show, in short) 5KU ambidextrous mag release (this does work) Clone Harris style bipod Extras 6x no-name MOE-style midcap 70rd magazines with genuine Magpuls and Mapleleaf enhanced springs for reliable feeding Visionking 3-9x42 with clone Larue quick release mount (mount modified a bit underneath to stop wobble) SOLD G&P DBAL v1 (has the IR modes etc. working that you'd expect) Split into another listing Nuprol carry case with custom foam (pick and pluck but then sealed over with sprayable vinyl for longevity) Delivery & Payment If you really want to 'gift' your PayPal payment based off my previous feedback I will knock off half of whatever the fees are I will accept a return of this in un-skirmished condition within 30 days with no questions asked. I will also pay half of your return postage fees Delivery will be by Parcelforce 48 and I can dispatch within 3 working days of payment (probably sooner but can't be sure). I'm not really after swaps unless it's a pistol + cash my way. The regulator can be tournament locked, but it's little fiddly to do (not that you'd want to often). My availability during the days and evenings is very limited so viewing it in person will be difficult. This is why I offer a 30 day returns period and will pay half of the return postage if you change your mind.

Going to keep it stock for now. Trying to hunt down some mags. Apparently Fire Support will have some in shortly

  7. How do these things ever work? Trying to restore the air-seal on my MP5K, we're talking tiny fractions of a mm in barrel alignment between "won't feed" and ""dribbles out". Never, ever replace the stock parts in your gnu. Ever.

  8. It might be, but Golden Eagle clones cost less and (notionally) come with a warranty. But, but, TMs are more reliable. But, but, that's a broken one.

  9. Yeah I see the resemblance. The calico was a real thing though. I think the m100 that mine is a model of was 22 rim fire with a 100 round magazine. It was banned in America under the federal assault weapons ban but legal in the UK. It's mostly so I can run around a skirmish doing spaceballs or the running man quotes though.

How do you know you'll have to "upgrade it" I'd say at most a spring change to bring it up to UK levels (not really an upgrade) and that's about it. Same with all Marui guns, nothing needs "upgrading" until things start to wear and you need to change them. Everything else prior to the need to change is purely out of want and nothing more. Anyone that says you HAVE to upgrade Marui rifles to have them playable is simply wrong.
