AND thanks to my ‘good friend’(git!) @FreeFrag.UK my latest moment of weakness has arrived ! A Snowolf (Jing Gong) AUG A1 para . was running a rather fruity 356fps on .25’s So via the magic of its quick change spring system I lopped of 3.5 coils and it’s now running a more manageable 309fps ! One thing I did discover was the wires had the polarity the wrong way around ! So corrected THAT fault as well when sticking the deans on ! Also @Iceni it’s already been mod’ed ! Looks like your design is getting about ! Think you better pattern it mate ! 😉

Yea it is but don’t be put off by how cheap the tac gear is it very good quality, yes it’s no Blackhawk or LBT but it’s a hell of a lot better than a lot of the Chinese stuff you get for 3or4 times the price !

I expect just bought (and fitted) the WETech upgrade lower frame kit and a compensator to my WE G18C. Before: After: Certainly not to everyone's taste, I know, but I absolutely love it. 😁

To be honest I’ve always rated JG as one of the best Chinese clone’ers , the wire cross over was at the connector end , so me thinks Friday afternoon Wang pushed the pins in the wrong way round but then thought to him self “fluck it ! No one know it was me !” Problem was the wires aren’t coloured black and red they both have clear sleeves on them . AND it had a posh gearbox plate as well ! 😱 but not sure about the bearings .😁 Will say though it does feel bombproof really good and solid . i have ordered a folding front grip for it , it feels ok with the ris block and vert grip but I just prefer the look of the original folding foregrip , and for me it really is all about the look no matter how good a gatt performs if I don’t like the look of it I just won’t have it (the Evo is a perfect example , by all accounts there a cracking gun but I detest the look of them so I’d never have one) but everyone’s got there own ‘quirks’ when it comes to there kit ? And kit wise I shall be dusting off my Aussie DPU/DPDU and running around screaming “you awake Sheila ?” and “quick ! shove another shrimp on the fricking barbie ya drongo !” 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Yooooouuuuuurrrrrr welcome ! 😈 😂👍

Just a touch hot then lol! 1.5J!! that's what almost 400fps on a 0.2. 309 is almost a perfect cut. Polarity been wrong on the wires is something I wasn't expecting! Was that on the motor or the connector? It just shows poor QC. It's basic things like this that china guns constantly get wrong and it's a shame because the product is essentially right. Body looks perfect. So it came with the 3 position selector rather than the standard one. That's good for you, would have been nice if CA had managed to get hold of them as well for @FreeFrag.UK But he spent twice as much and pretty much only got a mosfet and a fancy plate on the gearbox divide, so I still stand by the JG/APS budget guns been the correct path into the AUG. You still got the QC gearbox, Wasn't expecting that. Does it have bearings as well then?

That's mine and a friend's thoughts aswell, they may well make a good grenade but they don't appear to have any business sense at all, the price is going to be the biggest issue for alot of people. My friend sent me a picture of all the parts it's made up of and there is alot of them.. better hope it doesn't break.

And I wouldn't pay that much for one either way. My cynical (i.e. realistic) prediction is that it's already vastly outspent the pre-orders, that there will be a very modest amount of new orders which won't come anywhere near to recouping the difference, they'll take many more months to be shipped (if ever), then that's the last anyone will hear about it.

rocking the new M16 at black ops Portishead yesterday , and loving it ! Considering it’s a ‘cheap’soft’ gun had some cracking kills with it and as the day went and it started bedding in the range was creeping further and further out .👍
