You need to factor in the seller's time in putting together that amazing custom gun. Silencers don't screw themselves on.3 points

I’ve just had a quick scroll through the for sale threads. I think it would be more productive and shorter to create a thread for things that aren’t ridiculously priced.2 points -

Cold War Airsoft
Mr Operator (RED) reacted to EvilMonkee for a topic
So, those unfortunate souls I have met in person will have heard me banging on about Gunman Nam and Cold War games - so here is the link for the next iteration of the excellent Gunman Cold War series. If you are interested in getting away from the shit hit taking, whinging and general ass fuckery of a skirmish day come and try some historical airsoft. No need to have any of the kit as its all provided (we have loads of East German stuff). Just bring your self and a suitable gun. Don't worry about people being stitch counters (we shoot them). Also below is a link to a good kit guide for the period.... https://www.facebook.com/events/1659863994058605/ https://www.coldwarairsoft.com1 point -
I had my suspicions about this but no very little about funky HPA DMR things that look like they’ve been built for a Saudi Prince1 point

Thanks for the reply Wo1f, the site I play at do mandate them so when I join the club it’s got to be them I use, so I’ll look into the getting the Geoffs. Thanks for all the info on reliability and performance as well, and with what you’re saying unless I seriously want to make it look stunning on the outside it’s wont be that much more expensive than I thought. Game play wise I went from high (yes I was a walking bb maraca at one point) to mids, so I’d guessed it was a like that but wanted to check with those who had hands on experience. Again cheers for the info, now I just sweet talk the other half into letting me spend the money lol....wish me luck folks 😱1 point

Cold War Airsoft
Albiscuit reacted to EvilMonkee for a topic
There is a game coming up on 10 Nov. Great thing about it is if you lack kit there is a literal tonne of loan kit available so all you need is an appropriate weapon. Shout me if you want to know more.1 point -
I Swore off doing site reviews or playing Airsoft at all beyond the AFUK Mall game this month... However the Mrs just told me to have fun next Saturday...I really do want to try out either Hockley or the newly re-opened Bush Valley. Watch this space1 point

My second pistol. The TM M9 US. The bestest M92 model 😉 Its the closest to the PAMAS French Beretta copy that I can get with an adjustable hop. Which completes my French loadout.1 point -

Not to sound rude, just an honest question but why not use a molle, webbing or some other belt? Plate carriers are for ballistic plates, right?1 point -
For some people yes, for others it's being tacticool, others (like myself) its for the flexibility of loadout just by modifying the pouches etc.1 point
