    Marui new GBBR's

Saw these on Eagle 6 FB page. Couldn't find any better images. I'm not really sure what I think about them. No. Wait. Yes I do, I'll have both 😄

    THE TM MWS thread

The MWS mags hold 100rds+ worth of gas once modded. Having had an MP7 they are good on gas but have very small gas reservoir. I don't think there is a more efficient GBBR than the likes of the MWS & MP7 PS I'm selling an MWS haha shameless! The MWS IMO is a semi auto tool so not blasting through rounds like you would an MP7 Indoor most likely

Not going into too many details, but some young scoundrel thought he could con me out of six KWA Vector magazines, on-line Money Claim through gov.uk now submitted for the estimated value of said mags. Dont fuck with old men, we’re tough and tenacious 🦄🦄 rdb

Hello to everyone that reads this post. My name is Kroshy and I'm 32 and live in North Hampshire. So the really about me and why I'm here... Well in my younger years from 19 to 24 I played Tournament paintball and I was a dirtbag bunkering people left and right and it gave me such a buzz. Coming off of the field with welts and bruises the size of golf balls and waking up the next day to go to work as stiff as wood. Oh, the good old days. well, that had to come to an end and I was forced to sell my prized kit to pay the everyday bills. Many years fly by and a mate from work invites me to his stag doo (2 months ago from now). So what did we do on this stag do... well... AIRSOFT and then a bar, a casino, two nightclubs and just to top it off a strip club where I became a poor person. This one trip to play airsoft made me have all these great memories come flooding back, the thrill of the kill and the fear of being shot. Oh my god, I missed that! but it was also so different. I came off the field shattered but not covered in vegetable glycerin and dye. I didn't have to go stand behind a net curtain while I was dead and waiting for the round to end to collect my pots, I didn't just have one life per round, I could run back and respawn. As for the welts and bruises, the worst ones came from the stag group as to be expected. Since then I've been watching review/tech/comparison videos. I've been watching YouTubers like Silo and Desert Fox for a bit of gameplay and I thought to myself "Hell I need to get into Airsoft" So I've started compiling info on - What brands are trusted and reliable Best AEG platform for a new starter Costs Secondary load outs Apparel (trousers, shirt, tac vest etc) So on and so on... So what I'm looking for here is community, reviews and recommendations of sites. Also I want to start a Scrub to Killer thread showing all the upgrades and new tac gear as my life as an airsofter progresses. So any way Talk soon Kroshy

I used to LARP back in the 90's and I've been performing in bands on stage since I was 12 so I do like to over-react and ham it up physically. Marshalls asked us to scream when we got killed, not my fault I got lungs like a banshee.

They are very nice knifes! Although they do not bend completely (they are real training knives) so some Airsoft sites do not allow them. I love mine

Same here, but no phone call, just an email with dispatch notification and tracking number from Hermes. Hopefully it will arrive and I will be delighted. Just wish SWAT would "pull their finger out" and give honest/realistic waiting time info to their customers. Instead of all the next day dispatch crap that is on their website. It would save a lot of bother if expectations were set before ordering. Onwards to many bangs......... 🌟

Weight and range in a rifle

Barrel length has no bearing on range or accuracy. The single largest factor in range and accuracy is the hop up. For example.. mk23 310fps on a .2 BB. 150mm crazy jet barrel and maple leaf decepticon 50 bucking. Max range using .36-.4 is 75M (range finder confirmed. Not airsoft meters) TM MP7 347fps on .20BB. Standard barrel (145mm?) TNT T hop bucking. Max range using .32-.36 is 70M. Almost a guaranteed hit at 60m. For an AEG running 350 FPS, a maple leaf 60 degree bucking and omega nub is the single most effective modification you can make to a gun. And for £15ish, you’d be mad not to. barrel quality is important, but most manufacturers now have good inner barrels. An aftermarket one may see a marginal improvement, but the wind will have more effect on accuracy at range than even the best barrel. Geoffs BB’s are very good. I swear by them. .28’s seem to work best on AEG’s. On gas guns, heavier is better, but on an AEG with a fixed cylinder volume your energy can drop dramatically, which isn’t good for range or accuracy.

Hi Welcome to the forum. Don't jump in too deep until you have played a few skirmishes, lots of good guides on the forum. Eversley is in North Hants, there are two sites there, Gunman and Ambush Adventures. I've only played at Ambush. It's a good site for beginners. The Mall is popular for CBQ, it's in Reading, but not that far. Cheers G

Welcome Kroshy! I'm not sure about local sites near you, but I'm sure someone will come along shortly to recommend some. There is a list here that is currently being populated - http://www.airsofteventsuk.info/ The new players guide is a good start if you have not already read it I'd recommend you play a few games with hire guns, get a feel for what style of AEG you like (most airsofting are really friendly and will check out their AEGs) One you have played enough games to qualify for UKARA then get that and you can buy a RIF rather than a two tone. As for cost, if you have a decent amount of will power you can keep to a low budget if needed 🙄 This also applies to what to wear. You don't need all the camo and vests and loads of pouches unless you want them. Plenty of folk play in casual clothes. What I would say is pick up your own eye and face protection rather than using the hire stuff. You will be more comfortable. Enjoy!

Roger also talks about himself in the third person, like the athletes do. [chest thump] Great to hear that you've been bitten by the bug. I hope your finances are in better shape than when you were paintballing - you're going to need them.

The 'What have you just bought' Thread

FRV tailoring belt to go with my new loadout. Very impressed with it and incredibly tough. Stitching on it is great, as is the material.
