Spray paint is readily available to do the same, plus numerous other things. Many cars you can buy can go well over the speed limit. The capability doesn't mean anything. TBH its still a bright colour, and you can buy toy guns that look like that in shops, so no issues with it at all. No to class as an IF a gun must be 51% government approved bright colour or clear see through plastic. bigshep Posted November 15, 2011 Share Posted November 15, 2011 Depends what is classified by camo, and something which would require a court case to prove. My definition of camo would be something which is created to look like a real gun and also painted that way, so black, desert, olive, urban, woodland or even jack pike camo for example. Whereas the bright orange with black stripes still does not look like a real gun from a distance. A rif is also defined as something which cannot be distinguished from a real weapon from a distance by an untrained eye or without close inspection to prove otherwise. It's more about the pattern than the colours which might put them off, as the patterns could be similar to actual ones.
