But yeah, all my mates are of the 360 fanboy clan and so for socialism alone, I sold my PS3 for a 360 Well actually I sold it for an MP5, but then I bought a 360 lol. But I did originally get a 360, which broke after 5 months, which is why I got a PS3 in the first place, which I never, ever had a problem with over the 3 years I had it. The multiplayer games I play the most - BF3 Premium Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising (need ppl to play with/against) Ghost Recon Future Soldier Also got MOH and MW2 lol. Might pre-order Borderlands 2 and Medal of Honour Warfighter but right now I have no money and I would prefer to spend my money on airsoft. All my mates have Xboxs as well, apart from one. They only just got Internet on the 360!! I watch porn on my PS3 all the time. iAcorn Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 Sorry, I also own an Xbox360. But since I have a PC now I have switched to that as my main gaming machine. In terms of performance the PS3 has better specs yes, but it needs that to run the games as it is more challenging to optimise games for the PS3 than Xbox (due to XBOX being similar to PC architecture). That being said, the free PSN and the ability to play Blu-Ray is what I would buy the console for. It did beat the crap out of microsoft in the HD-DVD vs Blu-Ray war and I can see why. Blu-Ray is far beyond HD-DVD! However, being an XBOX Live subscriber I can safely say the service you pay for is far superior than PSN. You cant knock MS for their ability to keep up with security and patching the dash. I think I've only heard of one security breach in my entire 5 years of having one (or something like that). And it wasnt even a major issue too. It was fixed before I even tried to sign in and play, so for me I had no interruptions to the service. In conclusion I really dont care about which console is better. They both play games just fine with very little difference in quality. The PS3 edges over the xbox in terms of disc format though as I hated switching discs all the time in ME3. But like I said. They are both consoles.
