MZKaleem Posted October 9, 2011 Share Posted October 9, 2011 Hey guys, I have a TM P226 that i bought 2nd hand with a guarder metal kit on it, now i am thinking i need to put the plastic parts back on, what do you guys think? joss1 Posted October 15, 2011 Share Posted October 15, 2011 Heavy recoil springs and a metal slide are usually (gas efficiency wise) a very bad combination. Personally, I would keep the frame, but replace the slide with a plastic one, or switch the guarder recoil spring for a stock TM spring. Good luck.
