Health & Safety

A full safety briefing will be given at each event - if you have any questions, please ask a member of the admin team who will be happy to help.

Even if you have played many times, and heard the safety briefing over and over, please remain quiet so that the new players around you can hear. It could be you who suffers if you prevent others from hearing the safety rules.

All accidents must be reported to an adim member of staff or a marshal and entered in to the accident book. The first aid point will be identified at startex.

Notify staff of any medical conditions/medication you may be taking. Medication must be kept in top left hand pocket with any relevant details.

In the case of an emergency during games, marshals will sound a whistle with three long blows or will shout

SAFEGAURD, SAFEGAURD, SAFEGAURD.

Upon hearing this you must make your weapon safe and wait until told it is safe to continue play.

Only pyrotechnics made by Enola Gaye and TLSFX or PYRO provided by TFBK airsoft can be used on the site. Pyrotechnics (smoke and BB grenades) can only be sold to and used by players aged 18 or over, This is the law. Home-made or home-modified pyrotechnics are illegal, anyone found to be using such items will be in the first instance asked to remove it from the game area. If found again then you will be escorted from the site.

It is unlikely, but possible, you may encounter a member of the public during a game-day. If this is the case, alert all other players to their presence and cease play immediately. Warning signs are in-place at all possible access points to the land. A site organiser will advise when it is safe to commence play.

Areas of the site of potential risk are out of bounds areas. These areas will be identified in the safety briefing and marked on the site maps (supplied to each team at the beginning of the day where required).

Replica knives/bayonets are permitted only for authenticity of a loadout and should remain sheathed at all times. Multi-tools are also permissible for field-craft purposes. Brandishing a bladed weapon or using one irresponsibly in any way will get you ejected from the site and reported to the police.

Eye protection

Some type of ballistic or protective grade eyewear or face mask mus be worn at all times once on site even in the safe zone.

Vehicles.

During some evens military vehicles may be used as a part of the theme for the event.

The on site spees limit is 10mph. This must not be exceeded at any time.

Do not stand in front of moving vehicles unless some type of road block is in place..

Vehicles must stop at check points. If check points are in play ?

Admin vehicles are may be used from time to time moving around the site to complete admin tasking's, they will have their hazard lights on so please do not engage these vehicles.

Marshal Rules.

The marshals word is final so don’t argue. Dont take matters into your own hands. Under cover marshals are in operation in all games at TFBK, There will be no marshals wearing HI VIS JACKETS so the marshals will all be trusted airsofters within the game. They will only identify themselves by producing an orange TFBK marshal card which they carry at all times identifying them as a marshal.

Cheating will not be tolerated. Aggressive, Abusive and Dangerous behaviour towards other players or staff will not be tolerated and may result in you being ejected from the site.

Weapons will and can be randomly chrono’ed throughout the weekend on an adhoc basis. Any guns exceeding specified FPS limits will be removed from play.
