Try one of those Kobra Red dots then, it comes with a mount to go straight on the receiver on the AK.. I had one on my AKS74U...It stay there all the time even without locking it down...don't try this though..

The black ones were on sale there was only a few bags left, so I grabbed them all...(the Minimi is a BB hose...)
