I drive a modified VW T4 camper

Hi Guys, I am still a total novice at this Airsoft game but loving every day. I have a secondhand (only a 3 months old) G&G GC16 with ETU, it shoots fine but recently I went to alter the hop, but the adjuster wheel seems to be jambed and yes I have tried it both ways :-) it does move but only with too much effort, it bends my fingernail its so tight to move :-( Rather than fixing it, I have pretty much decided to just throw away the plastic hop unit and rubber and replace it for something new. I have been searching the forum and the internet and have really gotten more confused with every search as I just don't understand how compatible my GC16 is with the various upgrade parts available. I have been looking around and see there seems to be two different types, the Lonex type which just looks like a metal version of my my G&G with the adjuster wheel on the side of the hop unit and the ProWin type where the adjustment wheel in-line with the barrel. Am I correct in thinking that both would fit fine within my upper receiver? Do most parts like this from an M4 fit the M16? If someone could provide some suggestions for a good quality replacement hopup unit and rubber that I can get in the UK I would as always very much appreciate the help. Regards Delbert.

Good day guys. I was wondering what hicap magazines work best in my new G&G GC16 SRL? Been looking at the lonex flash mags but I am not sure on the compatibility. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance. Delbert.

Hi Guys, As a "registered user" I am a new user but I have been lurking for a while, what a great resource this site is :-) I have been trying to research the upgrade options for the my UMARES - G36c Sportline and have been struggling with the information I have identified and i suspect this is as a result of not understanding terminology and what is comparable with what? and hence asking for some opinions here. I am a trained engineer so not afraid of doing the work myself ;-) My gun is ok at the moment but it has lost something with age and is far less consistent compared to the way is was previously and I know it could be better. The gun comes with a v3 gearbox. I want to upgrade the motor and I see that the LONEX A2 is a good option, but how do I find out what version of that motor is compatible with my G36c as there are short and long versions and what do all the color options mean? I also see it is highly recommended to change the cylinder & piston as well as changing the cylinder head/port, again how would I know what to go for to ensure that its fits my G36c? Any help or part suggestions would be massively appreciated. Regards Delbert
