About Hobbyking - I've heard a lot of cases where they don't add the UKARA number on the package but they've been delivered. How risky is it? Any misfortunes?
Yeah I've heard that RIFs coming into the country should have the number on just in case. I'd like to order from there but just not too sure how it'll go if they don't put it there
Actually, rather than "just in case", its a requirement, at least, if that is your only way of proving a defence, but, it's supposedly only a 'requirement' insofar as maintaining expediency.
Customs should, if seizing the package, contact you requesting the same information.
