  1. But also as realistic as a paintball marker. Don't get me wrong, I respect that there is a million and one ways to play airsoft, speedsoft being one of them, but there are more than few airsofters who moved away from THE OTHER force-on-force sport to airsoft lured by the so called "realism". My point is - all those UIFs (Unrealistic Imitation Firearms - usually in the shape of barrels the size of cat's genitals attached to AR15 receivers) are not to everyone's taste. Eh, I am just a grumpy old git, I should just shut up
  2. Sodom - Napalm in the Morning Voidhanger - No ground to hold Sturmtiger - Trench Warfare Marduk - Frontschwein Nifelheim - Gates of Damnation Bolthrower - 7th Offensive Atomizer - When I Die, I Wanna Die Violently And finally, a true gem, an absolute climax: Gunther - Ding Ding Song
  3. Thanks for the advice, I have not been there yet, but I will definitely give it a try ;-)
  4. Thanks Albiscuit. East Finchley here :-) AWA is less than an hour drive from my place and they start at 10am, so I don't have to wake up in the middle of the night to get there. Which makes it my local site. Sort of, anyway.
  5. Thanks all for the warm welcome :-) @Endorser: hahaha, see you there, mate!
  6. Thanks :-) I had a blast every time I played there (that'd be three times now) and I expect nothing less tomorrow :-)
  7. Thanks To be honest, I also have an M4, cough, cough... G&G. ;-)
  8. In the voice of Officer Crabtree from 'Allo 'Allo: "I am farty one"
  9. Hi everyone, I just wanted to introduce myself as I am new to the forum. After several years of chairsofting I have recently taken a more active stance towards the sport, ie. I finally went to the field and exchanged plastic pleasentries with fellow players ;-). Having thoroughly enjoyed the social aspect of airsoft I thought - in for a penny, in for a pound - why not join the forum, which has always been an invaluable source of information for me. So here I am, and I look forward to seeing you... through the sights of my AK ;-) Cheers Raf
