I am selling an colt AR carry handle scope. I got this in a package deal with a RIF as a sweetener so other than fitting it to some rifles for photos thats about it for personal use. Previous owner(s) have for some reason tried to remove the screws from the mount so they are a bit grugged but all still fitted tight. It has a little wear and tear around the edges but nothing broken. It has J A P A N - A O marking on the bottom but my phone camera is not good enough to focus properly. On the top it has the Colt logo printed. The crosshair reticle is one of the finest I've seen in all colt scopes, repro and real, I've seen and owned. Might be a gamble but it could be a genuine japanese original from the late 1960s to early 1970s onwards. I would say it is more likely this is one of the earlier Brownells reproductions they've started selling since around 2018 onwards.

On the Brownells website a new one's RRP is £419.90 as of writing this advert (01/06/2024) so an asking price of £215 with postage and PayPal fees included I feel is reasonable. Otherwise make me a reasonable offer and I'll let it go a bit cheaper :- )
