I bought this last year and has only been used once since then, was barely used by previous owner as well I believe. But I've since bought a few extra pouches which are included, and the helmet strap on the back.

Don't know anything about it, but it's all in good condition.

Fully adjustable, fits okay on me, slender 5'10", so as long as you're not too slim it should fit just fine.
