The medium size is roughly equivalent to a 32" waist pair of standard cut jeans, standard length in-seam again in the 32" region.

Price is all-in.  I'm always open to sensible offers, but I will not reply to 'what's your best price?' because the price I'm asking here is what I feel is a reasonable asking price.
