Your black 7.4v LiPo battery does not look in good condition.

 

The Deans are badly done, there is a burn/melt mark on one of them. The wires are very short and look to have multiple solder points inside, and the heat shrink insulation at wire exit looks bad. The battery looks to have potential swelling.

Hmmm... Not sure about that. 

The black Lipo needs disposing off. I wouldn't put that anywhere near a charger.

 

Agree with Jedi - the Deans wiring has been bodged something awful.
