Hello 

 

Sordins have been used they work like when I first bought them. They have Gel ear cups installed for extra comfort, the cups are as new, only used 2-3 times. There are no scratches on the headset.

They are sound amplifying and they have a jack input port that you can connect your speaker mic to and it will work as a ptt and a mic while you will receive audio in the headset , but I have never tried connecting it with a speaker mic and I dont know if it works with all of them out there
