Requires a duty/rigger/other suitable tactical belt of some kind to be threaded through inside.  No longer produced by FS, more suited to a full webbing type setup than just a 2nd line for pistol these days, but can certainly be used for either.  Fully lined with spacer mesh for comfort and moisture wicking, flexible where needed but stiff enough in the right places to carry whatever kit you like, allows proper mounting of any normal MOLLE/PALS pouches, 6/12 pouches and direct belt mounted pouches/accessories like holster belt loops/mounting plates or drop-leg straps.  This sort of design was the go-to before the FRV/Ronin type 2" shooter belts become the norm.

Measures roughly 33" end to end, but that's the physical length when laid flat, no relation to your trouser size, so know your own real measurements.  Has both internal padding and a plastic stiffener, both of which can be removed by a zip that runs along the bottom so you can run both, either or neither based entirely on your preference.  4 attachment points for 1" webbing straps for a yoke/harness on top.  Extra padding in the lumbar area, again removable if desired.

Imported this myself from the states (direct from FS) many years ago, only ended up using it as my belt kit for a couple of indoor games.  Not fresh-out-the-bag condition but pretty close, overall very little wear indeed.
