Whats your opinion on the Blackhawk Light Assault boots

I am on the lookout for boots to fit my UK size 12-13 feet, and have seen the Blackhawk Light Assault boots in size 12 or 14

 

What are you opinion on these boots and do the sizes come up ok, or should i go for smaller/bigger.
